Advertiser’s Responsibilities
To use our services you must agree to our terms and conditions as advertiser.

Every partner/ advertiser [listed on website] will be responsible for the damage, inappropriate services, misleading customer, fraud and not providing required insurance [For Example; Public liability insurance]. Local Fixer Ltd, therefore will not be held responsible for the act of the advertiser [listed on website] by anyway and any mean. It is strictly advised that you should have all relevant documents and experience to perform the job and [Local Fixer Ltd] shall not be involved in dispute for the quality of service, payment, insurance, damage, delay etc caused by you.
Advertiser is solely responsible for putting images, logos, social medias link, false contact information and all sort of intellectual property which is subject to copyright strike. Therefore, as an advertiser you must use your own content to avoid legal action against you. You also agreed that your listing will not contains on any sort of vulgar, profane, obscene language, adult content including but not limited to images, cartoons, graphical illustration and in written. You also not allowed to post someone personal or commercial information without their consent. Failure to do so We have the authority to terminate your account and suspend your ad for any reason mentioned above and will give you specific time to justify otherwise we might take legal action if we think it is appropriate. You have access to edit and modify your listing, however, if you change your business and want us to deal with your listing you must write to us with proof.

Refund & Cancellation for Listing
Currently we run three subscription packages, Basic, Advanced and Premium. For Basic Subscription Category once your listing is approved and gone live we do not refund. Your listing will be live up to prescribed duration unless you asked to remove it. For Advanced & Premium Categories we will refund 70% of your subscription if you write to us within 5 days of approval. No refund will be given if you contacted after 5 days. We will remove your listing if you asked to do so otherwise, will remain live for how long it is valid.
Disclaimer
We try to use latest technology in order to provide secure service to both end-customers and advertisers however, online properties are still remain at risk to cyber threats and viruses. In case of malicious attack we do not offer guarantee or compensation for the loss of stored data, personal information, transactions, online financial harm, financial fraud loss to income, intellectual property loss due to direct or indirect attack or due to use of this website or any linked website.
